R.S Tewani

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has more than 40 years of professional experience in field of, audit, accounting & taxation. He has been a practicing CA since 1985 and is the Founder of the firm.

He has extensive experienced is finalizing financial statement, conducting statutory audits (listed & unlisted co.s), internal audits, bank audits, etc.; managing income tax, GST & secretarial compliances; strategizing & advising on tax planning, succession planning; representation before tax authorities & appellate levels for various tax proceedings, search matters, etc.

He has worked on some of the key domestic clients in manufacturing, service industry, wholesale & retail trading, etc.

Sailesh Tewani

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has more than 13 years of professional experience in field of audit, taxation and accounting. He has worked with Big4 consulting firms like PwC & KPMG and in industry with Google India & Amazon AWS in tax vertical.

He has experience in advising clients in various industry segments on domestic and international taxation issues including cross border restructuring. He has extensively assisted clients with their corporate tax compliance, litigation (both at tax office as well as appellate levels) and advisory matters.

He has also worked on some of the key international players in Telecom, Manufacturing, FPIs, travel industry sector, etc. wherein he has been involved in advising on the feasible structure for Indian operations from tax perspective, as well as post set up assistance.
